Dubai - VPI Residential Capital Values - November 2023

The ValuStrat Price Index (VPI), covering Dubai’s freehold residential market, registers a widening divergence between villa and apartment markets. Most desired apartment communities see valuations below previous 2014 market peaks of up to 11.9%, whilst the villa submarket sees gains as high as 50% over the same period.
