Dubai - VPI Residential Capital Values - May 2022

Month on month price growth for Dubai’s villas and townhouses has been moderating since the start of year. Apartment prices remain without significant change. The citywide ValuStrat Price Index saw monthly growth of only 1.1% to reach 80.6 points in May 2022. Dubai’s typical villa VPI approached mid-2015 levels at 97.5 points, however, the VPI for typical apartments in Dubai increased from 69.7 points in April to just 70 points in May.
